4th Sunday of Lent: Communion Antiphon 3

Psalms 122:3-4

When another Gospel is read (Year B):

Jerusalem is built as a city bonded as one together.
It is there that the tribes go up, the tribes of the Lord,
to praise the name of the Lord. (Psalms 122:3-4)

Verse 1:

I rejoiced when they said to me,
“Let us go to the house of the Lord.”
(Psalm 122:1)

Verse 2:

And now our feet are standing
within your gates, O Jerusalem.
(Psalm 122:2)

Verse 3:

For the peace of Jerusalem pray,
“May they prosper, those who love you.”
(Psalm 122:6)

Verse 4:

Glory be to the Father, and to the Son,
and to the Holy Spirit,
as it was in the beginning, is now, and ever shall be,
world without end. Amen.
(Gloria Patri)
