1st Sunday of Lent: Offertory Antiphon

Psalm 91:4

With his pinions the Lord will cover you,
and under his wings you shall take refuge;
his faithfulness is a buckler and a shield.
(Psalm 91:4)

Verse 1:

He who dwells in the shelter of the Most High,
shall abide under the protection of the God of heaven.
(Psalm 91: 1)

Verse 2:

He shall say to the Lord, You are my protector and my refuge;
my God, in him will I trust.
(Psalm 91:2)

Verse 3:

His truth shall compass you with a shield;
you shall not be afraid of the terror of the night.
(Psalm 91:5)

Verse 4:

Glory be to the Father, and to the Son,
and to the Holy Spirit,
as it was in the beginning, is now, and ever shall be,
world without end. Amen.
